My name is Sue Malcolm and I help people get their self-care on point.

Self care of body, of mind, of spirit.

I guide you in saying yes to yourself and your own needs, without guilt, no matter what has blown you off course in the past.

If you find it easy to serve others, but hard to keep a slice of your energy budget for yourself, let's even up the score so you can be healthy, happy, and enjoying life.
My Background
As a psychotherapist since 1996, I've spent my career helping people feel better.

I tell people up front that my job is to work myself out of a job. I want them to have tools and options they didn't have when they came to me.

In 2018-2019, my family had One Of Those Years. Multiple losses caused me to rethink how I was making choices in my life.

From those losses, I came up with a mantra that still guides me today:

Whenever possible, say yes.

Things that I easily talked myself out of in the past (I'm too tired, I have too much to do) I started asking myself: what if I can.

Challenging myself to all these "yeses" has fundamentally changed how I live. I see "yes" to myself as my default.

I want you to be able to say yes to your self care, to learn what your needs are and put them at the top of your life agenda.

Are you ready to say yes to yourself?
